Question Remote working - Can't load Pulse Secure

Hi guys,

Last week my Bitdefender was updated to the latest version (25.0.23.81), and while it's listed on the compatible version with Pulse Secure, I received a message that my PC security is unsatisfactory. But don't worry it's says, you can run an online scan with Microsoft Azure or RSA. Perfect, I thought to myself. The scan was completed, but Pulse Secure kept loading, until after a while it said no connection.

I reset my browser settings (Edge), clear catch, re-installed Citrix and Pulse Secure and still nothing. But then I created a new windows 10 user account and it worked! One time, and then the same issue :( So I created a new user, And it seems to work fine now.

Any idea why it works on one user but not on the other, and how I can fix it.. The last thing I want it to remove Bitdefender , but I'm curios why it doesn't work on all users.
