To *offer* Remote Assistance, no? However, a contact can request Remote Assistance using the
several options within the Remote Assistance in the Help & Support (sending e-mail, saving to
a file and then transferring the file to your contact in some way). Another way would be to
use Messenger by opening up a conversation window to your contact, choosing the Actions menu,
and then "Ask for Remote Assistance".
