removal of CS 1.5 ok after installing steam?

Now that I've installed steam cs 1.6, will it be ok to uninstall 1.5
to free up heaps of space? There are no prospects for me to play 1.5
again.

Yes but just delete the folder don't use the uninstaller as it will
remove some registry entries that steam now uses

so just delete the cstrike folder and not the sierra folder right?

Steam should have put itself in \program files\valve\steam\ so
anything else can be deleted if you have a C:\sierra\ then that can
all go as long as you installed steam in it's default place

I'm down to my last couple hundred megs of space! so this is a real
