Remove a single notification

I posted something on the Gift Guide for the Hardcore PC Gamer and since I did every single time someone adds a post to it I get a notification listing on the top right of the Tomshardware page. How do I remove notifications from that posting only?

Go to the Gift Guide for the Hardcore PC Gamer post navigate to the top of the original post and in the bottom left click Stop Tracking this Thread...Done.
