Im pushing out Powerpoint 2002 to a user via Group policy and want to know
if there is a way to remove the activation wizard so the user doesnt have to
activate it. I want to activate it. Any suggestion on how to do this.

You should buy and deploy Office Volume License Edition.
If so, you should never see the wizard again.
