You most likely from the pictures I can see on the design you will have to lay it on it's side and use a screwdriver to take a screw holding them on from the bottom.
How is your PSU mounted? That case is designed for the PSU to draw air from the bottom of the case, if you take your feet off, and sit the case flat on the ground, you may block airflow to the PSU.

PSU fan is drawing from back so I don't think that's going to be a problem

The PSU blows out the back, not sucks in. Where is the other fan hole? Pointed inside the case, or pointed at the bottom?

The fan points at the back but there appears to be a filter on the bottom of the case
So probably not good idea to remove feet
So will probably have to remove shelf from desk
