Remove Cordsair Vengeance heatsink

Hi everyone,

I just build my first gaming PC and like a noob, I didn't check the RAM clearance for my CPU Cooler (Zalman CNPS12X). And because of that, I now have this model of RAM : Corsair Vengeance CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9, which is high profile, that cannot be cleared by the CPU Cooler. I read that there was the possibility to remove the heatsink and put the RAM without it on the motherboard.

So how what do I need to do it ? Do I need some special tools, do I need another piuece of hardware to replace the high profile heatsink ?

I search online to found out even you move the RAM to 2nd/4th slots that don't help. So you either take off the heatsink by unscrews in both side of heatsink ( only don't look good ) or buy the low profile RAM, like the link for the picture.
