Remove email on boot

Hi, I just recently added my email to my OS trying to use Netflix last night and now my gmail is being used as my log in information to log into Windows instead of the profile that was created when I first installed Windows. Would greatly appreciate it if anyone could give me a quick step by step to go back to logging into my profile. I understand that everything remains the same but I just want to see my original profile and not my email. Personal preference, haha.
