Remove higher resolutions which aren't supported by monitor from PC

Is there any way to remove unwanted resolutions which aren't supported y my monitor? I'm not sure how I added the higher resolution but I think it was a program to make Borderlands 2 look nicer.

It's fairly annoying because Source games automatically run in your highest resolution which just leads to a black screen.

Go to the Screen Resolution option by right clicking your screen. A menu should appear where you could adjust your screen resolutions, on the bottom right there should be a adavanced options button. Click that and it should lead you to a window with tabs. The tab you want to click is the monitor tab. Once you are there, a check box that offers to hide resolutions your monitor doesn't support is there. Check it and you should be good to go.

Hey Bro i checked this Tab and i cant Select this Option what should i do now ? I have a Quadro-600 !
