Solution
I have that problem all the time.
Yes, there is a clip that needs to be opened first.
But, that is often not enough and pulling on the cables hard may cause damage.

What I do is use a thin screwdriver to pry apart the cable from the motherboard a little at a time while holding the clip so that it is not latched. Eventually, you can pull the whole cable out.
You know there is that little clip that holds the connector and the plug together, right?
But yes, some PSU connector really do sit tight.

If that doesn´t work try to get a closer look on where exactly it is stuck.

There's a little tab on the plastic connector that must be pinched in order to remove the cable from the board. It should be on the outside-facing side of the connector (towards the outside edge of the board). Squeeze/pinch that, and gently pull on the plastic connector - not the wires.

yes i do know about that plastic tab and I am doing as you told. but it wont come off easily.
