Remove my safe mode on my broken screen windows 8 hp

I have a broken screen on my laptop hp windows 8 it use to connect to HDMI tv but it dosent work anymore because it’s on safe mode how do I get it working again?

if you restart your pc it should boot in normal mode, but if does not: on windows in safe mode you Press “Windows + R”. You will see “Run” dialog.
Type msconfig and click “Ok”, you will see “System Configuration” window. them Check “Normal startup” under “General” tab and click “Apply”.
after that Click on “Boot” tab, uncheck “Safe boot” click “Apply” the system will ask you to restart your PC, do it.

My laptop screen is broken. And I put it on safe mode, now I can’t see anything on the tv and I tried to connect the laptop to HDMI but it won’t either.

did you read the op issue? there is no display.
