[SOLVED] Remove Outlook 2016 and start afresh ?

I want to restart the migration of all my outlook 2016 email accounts from one pc to another. I tried once but it went wrong. So i have tried to uninstall outlook 2016 from the target pc, delete .pst files. I have removed office 365 and reinstalled it. But every time i then start Outlook it always seems to have one email account there. I want it to ask me to create the first email account when i start it again and uninstall and reinstall.

There must be clear set of instructions that i can follow to achieve this.

i have followed many ideas and it still did not completely remove everything so i could start afresh.

I suppose whenever you install Office 365, it auto-imports existing Microsoft account. But you can always add your new account, and delete the old one.
