remove power to USB devices on motherbaord sleep

Hi guys,

At night I have to cover my Razor gaming mouse because the stupid blue LED is so bright in my room. Is there a way I can turn off power to the USB sockets when the system is fully powered down.

I believe this is due to the motherbaord (maybe on/off charge?) but I cant find any setting in my BIOS to turn off power to USB when PC is off.

Any one any ideas?

There is typically a setting in the BIOS to change this. Have you tried another USB port? I know that some USB ports on my motherboards are set to always on due to a rapid charging capability.

Nope this is a window settings - when windows is off. Power comes from the BIOS. so it has to be from the BIOS
