Remove Redial Delay

I want to set the redial delay in a dialup connection to 0 but Me says 5 sec is the min.
Can anyone tell me where in regs or somewere else to find this. It helps because if I'm fast enough i can connect faster. Almost 90% of dialup users here have pulse dial and i have tone and a fast courier

found out myself
run regedit then find "redial"
change the 05 00 00 00 to 00 .....
that's it. no more redial delay
