Remove Thermal Paste Without Isopropyl Alcohol?

I cant find any Isopropyl Alcohol.
Are there any ways to remove thermal paste without using Isopropyl Alcohol?

Or just a dry cloth and use some decent pressure to wipe it off. Works just fine.
