Got infected by Trojan: Win32/Dynamer!dtc and i trying to remove it from my PC but end up with failure? some body can tell me how get rid of it? Be eager to look for a simple and effective way to troubleshoot this annoying issue.

What AV client are you using? Some of the AV clients won't be able to remove it without manual intervention. Can you supply more info please?

[edit] Virus is polymorphic, which means it will probably need manual intervention, but Malware Bytes (free version) seems to get rid of the majority of it.
