I need to remove my USB Flash Drive from my computer in WinXP. I click the
icon in the tool bar, but the system show a message likes "Can't stop the
dispositive USB Storage ..... try later". What can I do?

Make sure that all Explorer windows are closed and retry. Tell us the
exact error message. See "General USB troubleshooting in Windows XP"

Shutting the system down and removing the Flash Drive after it powers
off should work and be safe.
