Remove Windows before a clean install?

I am about to do a clean install of Windows 10. before i do this, will i have to remove the version of windows already installed on my pc? i dont want to install the new version and then have 2 versions of windows 10 on my pc.

No need to worry. All you do is back up your critical content on your installation drive and after recreating your bootable installer, format and reinstall Windows 10.

thats what a clean install does. it formats your hard drive which will remove your current version of windows and install a fresh one. if you do not know how to do a clean install then its best to use google or youtube to lookup how to do one

so my previous version of windows 10 will automatically be deleted when i install the new version of windows?
