I was putting my new mobo in my computer. So I took my old one out and removed the graphics card.

I found out my power supply didn't have an 8pin power cord for mobo, so I put my old computer back together.

Now however my monitor won't turn on. The GPU fan is working but no display.

Did I break it? 🙁

Probably you just did something wrong when reassembling the computer.

If you have a pcspeaker in your case, connect it to the motherboard, it will give you beep codes on boot that help diagnose the problem.

My guess is that either the ram or the graphics card are not correctly inserted. Try to install them again.
Pay attention that you should hear two audible clicks when installing ram. If you dont hear them, do it again.
Also dont forget to connect the power on the graphics card.
