Removed CPU Lever, Can't Put it Back

I'm currently installing an LGA1151 and for god knows why I removed the CPU lever/holder. The metal part that pushes and holds the cpu in place. I tried to screw it back on and there are no grooves where the screws need to go, so they wont really hold it back in place. How do I reinstall it? Adhesive? Pls help

Hmmmm, thats an odd one. Could you not just use the CPU cooler to keep the CPU locked down?
