I removed my GTX 1050 GPU in order to RMA it for a malfunctioning fan. The computer includes intel GMA graphics which functioned perfectly normally before I even got a new GPU, but now that is not the case. Low resolution and and a lot of lag. I have uninstalled all Nvidia drivers using DDU, and have no clue what to do from there.

Solution
Sometimes you need to use compatibility settings. I get that from Intel's garbage from time to time. You could also try to get it through Windows Update.

I did, but I am trying to find a newer version seeing as the one I tried did not install for some reason.
update; control panel shows an error with the integrated graphics, saying that it "cannot initialize the device driver for this software"

It fails to install, claiming that I do not meet the minimum requirements for installing it.
