removed grpahics card now system not working propley

I removed my graphics card so I could move around some cable's in the system. it was a struggle for it to come out but I got it out, then out it back after moving around cables, stared the pc and opened the boot bios to check out the board explorer, then checked it I could oc the cpu but didn't change everything then rebooted the system and opened fallout 4 it is now running at 2.5 fps, before it was running at around 50 fps . my parts are: msi GeForce gtx 980, i7 4790k, msi z97 gaming 5, Kingston ssd (120) for os ,2tb segate barracuda, 750w g2 evega power supply. please help. thx.

When you put the system together again, did you plug the monitor back into the video card or is it maybe in the motherboard video?
