Question Removed licence Not work on new pc

Hello

as the title mentions , i had an old windows 10 pro i had upgraded from windows 8 , So i recently built new pc and wanted to transfer the key to new pc / hardware . I used the command to remove it from my current pc but it is not activating on my new pc (shows its not valid) , How do i fix this?

The command to remove it from your old system really does nothing, except tell that old system it no longer has a license.
It does NOT inform the activation server farm.

If you log on to your MS account, does the old system and license appear there?
If so, you can probably tell it to apply to the new system.

So i logged and removed my older pc from microsoft account , assuming that could be causing the issue. I am on my old pc using as local account also.

Also tried to use the same key on this PC and it activated (windows 10) , I had done the swap few months back and it worked then , not sure why itsn ot working now? Can't contact microsoft either , they keep sending me in loop to solutions without any way to contact them...
