Removed Nvidia, Control Panel icon persists

After my old Nvidia GTX 560ti crapped out on me, I bought an AMD R9 380.
It was only when I was trying to uninstall the Nvidia software and drivers that I had an issue here. Apparently, in order to UNinstall their software, Nvidia requires you to have their hardware in.
I managed to get the Nvidia stuff removed using Revo Uninstaller. I've removed all related directories from program files, and even program data and appdata folders.
My only nagging issue is that the Nvidia Control Panel icon in my Control Panel menu is still there. It has no icon, doesn't load anything, and I don't have any other issues besides this minor annoyance.

Things I've tried:
There is no related .cpl file in either system32 or syswow64.
Disabling nvcpl.cpl through Group Policy Editor (is this the right name?)
Delete all nvidia and nvcpl related entries I could from registry.
The icon image for the entry is in a folder that doesn't exist anymore, so dead end there.
