Removed One hard disk. Computer Wont Start.

I have two hard disk. One with Os and Other one is just to keep movies and stuff. I removed the second hard disk and PC wont start. It doesnt even show the BIOS screen. When i Connected second HDD, It booted normally like nothing has happend. What could be the problem?

Take of the 1st Disk *where you think the OS is* and start the PC only with the second. You may not know where your OS is.

OS is in the 1TB WD HDD and Second HDD is 500 GB Seagate. I know which HDD is which coz of the front stickers.
