Hello, there is a chance that a few droplets of water got into my pc through my top fan when it was off. As a precaution I wanted to take out all my compenets to airdry for a few days.

But I'm not sure what I should do with my cpu should i take out both the Cpu and heatsink leaving them to dry. Or just take out the heatsink because I don't have a dust cover for where the Cpu goes

Any advice on drying my components or what to do with my cpu is appriciated

To rule out any possibilities of doubt, I'd disassemble the entire system(motherboard removed from the chassis) and remove the CPU cooler, then the processor(after cleaning off the thermal paste) and let it dry under a fan to rid any moisture off the motherboard. I'd also remove the other components and inspect them for any liquid getting atop of said components. Also if the fans in the picture are located at the top of the case, you have them in the wrong orientation, they should be set to exhaust. They're in intake at the moment.

Your previous two threads state you spilt water atop the chassis, here you're saying you might've had water damage...which one is it?
