Removing A Program

Hi, I am trying to remove a game I downloaded long ago.

I go to "add or remove programs"
Then I find the game and try to uninstall, this is what I end up getting, I've restarted my PC, waited a week and re-tried it, still nope

Try browsing within Windows to this directory and delete the entire game folder from there

C:\Program Files (x86)\SKYRIM
