Removing Broken Icon In Control Panel

Hi I am tearing my hair out trying to fix this problem with control panel, I have deleted and uninstalled Revo uninstaller and the icon is still in the control panel obviously without the Icon picture it looks like a blank document icon.

I searched all over the internet and cant find a way to delete it from control panel.


I went into regedit and deleted all the keys associated with revo but still cant get rid of it off my system thanks please help..

Reinstall the uninstaller and uninstall it the proper way instead of deleting the files this time.

I figured it out there was a Reg Key I found to delete that did it.
