Removing Case Fans

Currently, I have two fans in front, one in the back and one in the bottom,
Ive bought a new cpu & cooler.
But i was wondeing if removing my front fans and replace them with my cpu cooler will affect the performance greatly?

Umm CPU cooler fans weren't made to be used as case fans

Totally depends on the fans. Case fans and cpu cooler fans are usually made differently as these need to fulfill different functions.
