Removing HDD from old system

I'm trying to remove my HDD off my old system so I can move it to my new build to use as secondary storage. However, I am having difficulties removing the HDD from the hard drive bay.

Two screws came off fine, but the remaining 2 won't come no matter how much force I put it under.

They look like the heads have been stripped on the screws.

you could also have a crappy screw driver or its worn a bit.try taking a file to the point.file it down a bit to give it a better bite at the screw.
