removing intel stock CPU fan to a new one ?

i would like to get something like 212 evo a new CPU fan what do i have to do , just remove intel and install this one , how does it work

Temp under normal use of 30 and at load 40-50 is way within the limits. You don't need to worry about your CPU. As this CPU is non k version, stick with its stock cooler (Intel Cooler).

Switching to CM Evo would not give you much better temps.

Just make sure that your case has good air flow inside. you may install fans on the front side and let the heat be exhausted from the rear.

If you can provide CASE model, then I can give you better info :)

your right my pc case has no fans at all just some holes around that might be the case you think ?
should i get a new case ?

i checked again and the heat comes from CPU fan there , GPU is really cool
core temps are like 30c when only web
