Removing Missing Fonts from Microsoft Office

For some time now there have been some unused, sort of missing fonts that appear at my font list. I say sort of missing because I don't remember ever installing them and some don't even have a program that could have installed them. They don't appear at the font list under programs and when choosen when using, let's say word, they kinda crash the program. It's not a crash per-se, a message box shows that "Microsoft Word has insufficient memory space, the font cannot be shown". When writting, saving and opening pdf using any pdf reader the font is still shown incorrectly.

How can I remove these strange fonts from my system?

C:\Windows\Fonts you can delete what is causing issues from there.

The fonts that are causing me trouble don't appear at the Font tab. I wish I could show you but I don't know how to upload images here

A good free program to manage Fonts is
AMP Font Viewer.
Go to ampsoft.net

I get an error: Error Copying from C:\Windows\Fonts\\(Font name) to C:\Users\(username)\Documents

Update: AMP Font Viewer worked, all it needed was to be run as administrator
