Removing myself from my old HDD (windows 10)

So i upgraded to a SSD today and im still using my HDD as storage.

Anyway, im trying to gain access to my files via the properties but waited a while and after the scan im still asked to get permissions. i tried deleting myself but it came up with some message about a windows file and it might make windows not work?

Are you saying that you deleted the files in the old (windows containing) drive?
