Question Removing New CPU cooler and re installing

I installed a wraith spire cooler but then i removed it to rotate it. Is it fine to not re apply thermal paste?

Yes should be, but ideally you should replace it. You could introduce air bubbles into the paste by removing a cooler and putting it back on, which might hurt cooling performance slightly. Personally I wouldn't worry too much about it just keep an eye on your CPU temps.
