Removing privacy control, google redirect virus?

right now i am writing from a different account on my computer.
hi. whenever i go on google, or other site,alot of times it dircts me to a site where it says child porn, java and your computer is infected. how can i remove the virus that is redirecting it.

also it pisses me off that privacy control keeps popping up and also says your computer is infected. how can i remove that.

also are there any programs that can prevent these attacks becuase these happen regularly and i struggle ot remove them, and i am tired of asking my friends to help me out because i do not think what they are doing is helping.

what i meant is after i scan with malwaire it tells me to reboot. can i go to no reboot. scan with number two and then reboot after the two removed the junk from my pc?
