Removing RegKey, Makerbot

Hi all,

Hoping someone here can help me with this problem, so here goes...

I had installed a program - Makerware (Makerbot) it's for 3D printing, anyway it stopped working (not sure why) so I tried to uninstall/re-install. It said it had uninstalled and was finished yet when I went to re-install it I got this message:

Makerware is already installed.

Click OK to remove the previous version or Cancel to cancel this upgrade.

Obviously if I hit cancel, it stops.
If I hit OK I get this message:

There was a problem with the uninstallation did not run.

The program then disappears from the Add/Remove list until I reboot my PC, I can see 3 key's for it in RegEdit but wont let me delete them (i'm assuming this is the problem).

The PC is linked up to a server which has admin control, I do know the user/pass but it doesn't ask me for it when trying to delete the key.

Can anyone help me get this program working again ?

We can't assist with removing or bypassing controls & restrictions set up by administrators. You will have to ask your system administrator to remove the keys.

We don't have an administrators department as such, the compony who set the sever went down years ago. we didn't have any dealings with them after it was installed.
