[SOLVED] Removing SLI Bridge to use two seperate GPUs

Hi I found on ebay 2 GPU cards with an SLI Bridge connecting the two. I was wondering if I could remove the SLI Bridge that is connecting the two cards so that I could use both of them as two separate individual cards and place them into 2 different PCs.

If it is possible, how do I remove the bridge, and what are the other processes I need to do to make sure the graphics cards work after removing the bridge?

The bridge is just a board with sockets on it, you just unplug it. It would have to ship with them unplugged to avoid damage.
