I want to remove ssd from my PC because I got a new PC but I don't want to just trash the old PC I still want to keep it just in case I need a back up PC.
so how do I put back everything back into hdd from ssd so I can use ssd on a new PC?

... but he said he got a new PC... so I'm assuming that new PC was an OEM model with Windows preinstalled... If that is the case.. it's a piece of cake to move media files... with a simple cut/paste command.

One thing that isn't clear is... do you want to use the SSD as your new Boot O/S (recommended) or do you want to keep and use it as a secondary drive?

Update:
If you want to use the SSD as your O/S drive... then you need a way to temporarily store your data as you prepare both of your drives. If you can't burn onto a DVD or put on a USB flash drive... I suggest you partition the hard drive on your new computer with enough room to hold all your data. Then after that is done you need to insert your SSD and copy your data from the SSD and onto the hard drive in the new computer.... Like your photos, music, pictures and videos.. And if you want to move any of your programs... go to Program Files & Program Files x86 and COPY the entire folders of each program you want to bring over. One last thing you need to do is go to Folder Options and check option to SHOW HIDDEN FOLDERS... and copy the following folders: C\ProgramData & then copy C\Users\<name>\AppData. After all those are copied... you're set and can wipe the C drive... and REINSTALL WINDOWS (that came with your new computer) onto your SSD that's installed into your new computer...

After you get Windows installed.. copy over your media files from the partition on that other hard drive... and then copy over the PROGRAM FILES folders onto the SSD for "program files and x86". Then go to those hidden folders you saved and first go through ProgramData and ONLY copy the folders that correspond to the ones you wanted to copy over... then do the same with AppData. You need to go through them and see if anything matches what you wanted to copy over. You'll have three folders inside AppData: Roaming, Local, and LocalLow... You may or may not find anythng in them... some programs like to store hidden data like profiles, game saves, game settings... and stuff like that in those hidden folders.

After that is done... you could get rid of the partition you created... and format that entire drive and then use it as your secondary drive in your computer.

He also stated he wants to move the SSD from old to new. Probably the OS as well.
Until we hear something different...anything else is a guess from out here.

I know how to install a ssd in a new PC but how do I remove all data from ssd in old PC and put back into hdd? So I can still use the old PC with hdd.
The new PC already had windows 8. I am not building a PC I bought it with pre installed

OK.
So you want the SSD in the new PC. With or without the OS on it?

Without...just connect it, and go into Disk Management. Delete all partitions, Format.
With the OS? More complex.

Here is my situation
1 Forget about installing in a new PC.
2 currently I have ssd and hdd on my old PC but I want to remove ssd and put back os on hdd so I can still use the old PC.

OK.
Either clean install of the OS on the HDD in the old PC
or
Migrate the OS from the SSD to the old HDD.
Easus ToDo, Macrium Reflect, Casper....any of those can do that.
