[SOLVED] Removing stripped heatsink screws

Can anybody kindly tell me how to remove these stripped screws?

I tried soldering iron and rubber-band method and it didn't work, thanks.

I would take a dremel tool.....with a diamond cutoff wheel......and cut slots in the heads.

I would cover everything around the screw head so particles wouldn't contaminate the board.

Really only 2 ways:

1. Grab the screw heads with a beefy set of pliers (Vicegrips would be better) and twist them out.
2. Use a short piece of hacksaw blade to cut a slot in the heads, then use a straight screwdriver to twist them out.

Either way those screws require replacement.
