Iv got 3 stripped screws on the bottom case of my laptop I need to remove (to clean out the case, upgrade CPU and replace fan/heat sink and keyboard). Iv tried using a drill to drill into the screw but it didn't do anything to it at all. I kept applying pressure till the drill bit snapped. Iv tried flathead and crosshead screwdrivers but none work. A dremel tool will not work as the screws are too deep in the case. I want to try the glue method, should I use superglue or is there a stronger glue that'll work better? The screw heads aren't completely worn circular, I can feel the resistance as I turn the screwdriver (if that makes sense)
shop quoted me on average £50 to remove the screws which I think is way too much

Solution
Try the glue method then. I would use an epoxy, but you have to be super careful to not get on other stuff. Most super glue just won't create a strong enough bond to make a difference.

Do you have the means to apply heat directly to the screws (like with the tip of a soldering iron)? That might help in removing these screws as well by causing a bit of expansion and contraction to help separate the screws from the mounts.
Can you grab the tops of the screws with pliers? If so, grab on tight and apply constant pressure, pulling away from the case, while turning the screws. They should back right out. The trick is to pull on the screws while backing them out.
