So I had recently installed a 250GB SSD into my PC for my OS + a few games. Everything has gone fine and I can boot into Windows 10 in the SSD, however now that I have Windows 10 on the SSD I no longer need my old OS on my HDD. I would like to remove the old OS from the HDD but keep all my other files/games/pictures/movies/etc.

Is there an option to “Format Only The OS and Keep Files”?

If not how can I go about this?

Thanks

If the ssd doesn't have enough space, to backup said files, you could possibly shrink the partition, on the HDD, then create a new partition, with what is left over to use for backup. Once you backup what you need, you then can delete the former os partition, them extend the partition, you created before, with what was left from deleting the os partition. This would need to be done using disk !management.
