I did a super dumb thing and I hope I can fix this. I would really appreciate you guys helping me. 🙁
This is what happened...I had a dual boot Windows XP/7 and now I just wanted Windows 7 without the Windows XP but I moved the boot and bootmgr files to Windows 7 and basically used these instructions:

Anywhoo, I restarted my computer but it tells me "NTLDR is missing"! Note, I have a netbook so I don't have an external DVD drive and hoped to do this with a flash drive. Is this possible? I made a flash drive with the Windows 7 USB utility tool but when I put that in, it doesn't load the Windows 7 repair/installation thing.
I'm not sure what to do...
Thanks!
