render temps for a 4970k (no oc)

the max temp was 100.c is that to high the lowest while rendering was 80 cooled by a h100i

Yes that is too damn high. My 4790k cooled by H110 doesn't exceed 71C w/4.5Ghz OC on Prime95 (stress test at full load).
The highest should have been 80C not the lowest temp. Check if the thermal paste is applied correctly.
