Hello Everyone
I am into 3D Rendering and Image/Video editing (3ds Max, After Effects, Photoshop, vray, corona) After a Long Research i want to build a Workstation for me. I am pretty noob in hardware stuff so i would be very thankful if anyone willing to help.

Cpu - thinking to go with 1950x or 2950x ( as more core will help me in rendering )

Mobo - x399 which one? the 2nd gen is too costly i guess

ram - my main concern i need atleast 3200mhz 64g. will be buying 32gb for now then will upgrade 32gb more in few months.

PSU - ?

Gpu - RTX 2070 or 1080ti ? what will be the best option ?

boot drive - i want the value for money nvme as its the fastest ( samsung 970 evo 256 gb )

Hdd- barcuda 2tb x2

cooler - have no idea about it, will overclock a bit not extreme.

cabinet - ? 50$ budget

do i have to buy any other extra fan for better temperatures? as my system have to work day and night sometimes for rendering. please suggest me the best.

Total budget 3000$ ( Rs 230000) can go little up if its really worth it.

Actually i think i can't buy full 64gb at the moment so will buy 32gb for now and after 3-4 months will buy other 32gb. i said for 8x8 because in this post only someone said that TR4 work best with quad memory thats why

True the availability of ram is so less here and very over priced.

Personal question are you also from india ?

sure, will keep this in mind.

Well, to house 360mm rad, there aren't much options among mid-tower ATX cases. Here, your best bet would be going with full-tower ATX case, like Corsair 760T V2 which is one of the best (if not the best) full-tower ATX case. It also comes in 2x colors, black or white;
black, specs: https://www.corsair.com/eu/en/Categories/Products/Cases/Graphite-Series%E2%84%A2-760T-Full-Tower-Windowed-Case/p/CC-9011073-WW
white, specs: https://www.corsair.com/eu/en/Categories/Products/Cases/Graphite-Series%E2%84%A2-760T-Arctic-White-Full-Tower-Windowed-Case/p/CC-9011074-WW

black, amazon: https://www.amazon.in/Corsair-CC-9011044-WW-Graphite-Full-Tower-Windowed/dp/B00HSY2072
white, amazon: https://www.amazon.in/Corsair-CC-9011045-WW-Graphite-Full-Tower-Windowed/dp/B00HSY20DQ

I can personally vouch for that case since i too have it in use with my Skylake build. And if you checked the image i uploaded about push-pull conf on air cooler, then you already saw it. Oh, you can mount the 360mm rad as top exhaust and since case comes with 3x Corsair AF140L 140mm fans (2x at the front (LED), 1x at the back (non-LED)), there's no need to buy additional fans to cool your build. (Do watch the video review, it's a good one by Linus.)

NZXT H440

https://www.primeabgb.com/online-price-reviews-india/nzxt-h440-blackred-mid-tower-case-ca-h442w-m1/
But I would actually suggest the updated version of the H440, the H700i : https://www.primeabgb.com/online-price-reviews-india/nzxt-h700-matte-black-tempered-glass-atx-mid-tower-case-ca-h700b-b1/

Corsair 750D : https://www.primeabgb.com/online-price-reviews-india/corsair-750d-full-tower-cabinet-transparent-side-panel/

My choice would be the H700

Corsair 750D Airflow Edition linked above is also a good PC case. While not as fancy looking as 760T V2, it's still a solid case. I have 750D AF Edition case in use with my Haswell build as well,
750D review: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZpoQqdeqnTo
750D AF Edition preview: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R2CEvRsXc4Y

While H440 and H700 do have modern look with minimalist design (and plain/tasteless looks in my opinion), this is achieved with solid front panel. I, personally, don't like solid front panel cases since they handicap the PC's airflow considerably. While this can be countered with high static pressure fans at high RPM, those fans also increase the noise coming out of the PC case, just to have proper airflow in such solid panel design cases.
If Corsair would've not released the Airflow Edition of their 750D case, i would've gone with different full-tower ATX case, e.g Phanteks Enthoo Pro.

sorry for the delayed reply, was very busy in Office, the case are good. but i was thinking to give the case some stylish look by rgb tempered glass. 😛 keeping in mind for best possible cooling. i know i am putting less money and getting greedy for the look. but investing soo much on other components thats why some showoff can be justified 😛

what is 360mm rad? is it noctua cooler? i have to go with full tower only? actually mid tower section have lots of variety.

Right.... i confused two topics. :/

You see, i and Lucky_SLS are also in another topic helping out someone else to help him to build his PC and in that topic, OP is deciding if to go with CoolerMaster MasterLiquid ML360R RGB AIO which has 360mm radiator (review). Since i have both topics open side by side, yours and his, i messed up thinking that you was the one who wanted to go with that AIO. That's why i said 360mm rad (radiator) in your topic and suggested full-tower ATX case(s).

My bad, sorry about that.

Since you're going with Noctua NH-U14S TR4-SP3 air cooler, any mid-tower ATX case that has CPU cooler clearance at least 165mm will do just fine for your PC.

Because choosing a PC case is a personal choice, go with the one that you like the most. If you like tempered glass side panel PC cases (since that's the latest trend), then look under the spoiler where i've collected many such cases;
(click on spoiler to view)
Note 01: In brackets, ( ), is CPU cooler clearance.
Note 02: I crossed out cases that have less than 165mm of CPU cooler clearance.

true, cooling performance and quiet operation is what i want too, but just with some attractive design, is there any things to remember while looking for cases? as there are tons of options in cases.

First point is - it should not have tempered on front & top for better cooling. is that right ?

YouTube has case reviews for most of the famous cases. None of the reviews would skip it or not mention it if the case has choked ventilations. Just see the case performance metrics and decide for yourself.

The H700 I mentioned above has a clean design with good if not excellent ventilation along with side tempered glass to show off the components.

The Corsair 760T i suggested above is both functional and beautiful. Also, it doesn't hinder the airflow since it has filtered mesh at the front and open grille at the top. On top of that, you can also order Demciflex filters for 760T to filter all the holes on 760T, which i've done,

video review of Demciflex filter kit: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m3LFD_M8Ev0

Corsair 750D AF Edition talked above also has Demciflex filter kit for it to filter the air, which i too have purchased,
Demciflex filter kit: https://www.demcifilter.com/Corsair-Obsidian-750D-Dust-Filter-Kit

What i also considered buying myself was Corsair 780T (also comes in as black or white),

For tempered glass side panel cases with good airflow, Phatneks Enthoo Pro TG is also a great case to go for. It's similar to Corsair 760T since it has the tempered glass side panel on hinges, just as 760T side panels are, making it very practical,
