your MB is SSI EEB 3.61 form factor and your case is EATX. the MB will fit, but the mounting holes for the standoffs won't. unless you know something I don't about that particular case.

personally I would get this MB, it more stable and is actually E-ATX

cool your CPUS with these
Noctua NH-U12DX 1366 120mm SSO CPU Cooler

and one of these cases

BTW you have SCSI HDD, but no SCSI adapter???

if you have that much money to spend why no SSD boot/apps drive?
Why no Raid 0 work/scratch drive?

go with a better PSU

hello jerreddredd,

i have no experience with raid as i'm not a hardware person. i will go for SSD instead of the SCSI hard drive like you mentioned.

I have choosed these SSD drives, which one is better interms of performance and stability,

hello jerreddredd,

by mistake i choosed SCSI drive instead of SSD drive. i'm also going to add in the 600 velociraptor drive for saving 3dsmax scenes and rendered images and use the 1TB drive as back up drive. do i really require a raid setup for my purpose?

here is the updated rig.

The build looks good just add a DVD/CD writer or Blu Ray and you are set.

The WD VelociRaptor should be ok for a Work/Scratch drive. you can always add another later and put in them in Raid 0 if find that this is a bottle neck.
