Repair a memory card insert disk in drive

Hello,
i have transcend micro sd memory card, when i connected it to PC to export the files in the card, the comment its leaving is insert the disk in drive and i tried via memory card reader and also plugging the mobile directly to PC.... plz assist me how to resolve the problem

what do you see in control panel under peripheral for the sd card in the usb port

my sd card while im transferring files and my brother grab it undone. I then I put it again the drive cannot be detected.. so whats the problem? can i fix it?
