I have Windows 10 Desktop PC.
My Windows 10 was installed in one Partition of the 1TB seagate hdd but unfortunately the hdd stopped being detected even in BIOS ( I have tried connecting the hdd to different computers but result is the same, the hdd is not being detected !! Also tried different SATA and Power Cable but all fails).

Yes ! The HDD spins, I can feel the vibration,
No clicking sound just feels like something is rotating and feels similar to heartbeat i.e, Hdd is getting power and it's rotating, and Since I have tried different SATA cables I'm 200% sure that my SATA CABLE IS Good and working,

I have tried cleaning the Connectors in the Motherboard / PBM of Hdd, didn't helped,

Other hdd, dvd ROM connected via SATA works fine, that is, the Motherboard is also fine.

Conclusion is that there is issue with the hdd itself !!

I'm seeking HELP to know that Can the Hdd be repaired ?? If yes then How ??
If not repairable at least can I Recover data to another hdd or ssd or usb storage disk?? If yes then How ??

I'll be thankful for Any Help and a Step-by-step procedure is most welcomed.
Thanks I'm advance !!!

I would first run Seatools for Windows to determine the drive status. You will obviously need to install this on a computer that is working and that you can attach to the problem drive.

Unfortunately, this is where backup comes in handy. You *may* be able to recover some of the data depending on the issue by using a recovery tool like EaseUS or other similar products.

However, there is the possibility that you may need clean room recovery from an outfit like Seagate Data Recovery if the data is extremely valuable -- it is quite expensive.
