Repair my window startup programs back aspire 5315

Hello,
i have taken my bettery out when my laptop was turned-off but not shut down completely, and when i wanted to start it up i get a green screen where normally all my desktop programs should appear and it just doesn't work, what can i do to repair it.....???

Can you access safe mode?

If not, try using the repair tools to repair your windows install.
