Repair pc motherboard

Hello,
my PC is not booting, it blinks only power led and goes off

First open the case and examine the motherboard, look for any puffy or leaking capacitors. If there are any, replace the motherboard. If your board looks good, re-seat the RAM, Power and drive connectors. If that does not fix it, try a different power supply. If that does not fix it, you'll have to look at buying a new motherboard to test.
