repair SD-card after Marshmallow

Hi, everyone

I used the feature in Android Marshmallow, format SD card as internal, and I have 3 devices all the same feature available.

after a while I made a factory reset for the devices, and the SD card is not supported and can't be formatted in android device.

I tried using the diskpart in windows, and after "create partition primary" it shows "virtual disk service error the operation is not supported on a non-empty removable disk".

I tried using MiniTool Partition Wizard, but it shows bad disk and after re-inserting the SD card shown nothing was done.

disk management in windows with no use.

what I understood that the android feature make two partitions, 16MB partition and another one for the rest storage which only readable within the android device made it (encrypted some how).

In diskpart, first do a clean command to wipe the card fully then create a partition on it.

yes I tried clean and delete partition and all show successful but when I try the "create partition primary" line, it shows "virtual disk service error the operation is not supported on a non-empty removable disk"

Try creating a partition from disk manager not diskpart.

the disk manager does not do anything at all, it does see two partition, one 16MB and another for the rest storage.

The clean command in diskpart should have deleted all partitions, so if it said it was successful something is wrong with the card since it clearly did not delete the partitions. Have you tried upgrading the phone back to Marshmallow and see if it will read the SD card again?

one of the phones still with same software, didn't do anything to it, and sd card shows not supported, and as I said maybe I can't do anything with it because of android decryption method
